Terms of Service

Short version

Zeus Mobile is a personal AI assistant you install on your phone. Use it responsibly. We provide it as-is, without warranty, and we do not store your data on our servers. By installing the app, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Zeus Mobile ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the App or delete it.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on a compatible Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App except where allowed by applicable law.

3. Your responsibility

Zeus can control features of your phone (open apps, place calls, send messages). You are responsible for every action you ask Zeus to take. You must have the legal right to contact the people and use the services you ask Zeus to interact with.

  • Do not use Zeus for illegal activities.
  • Do not use Zeus to harass, deceive, or harm others.
  • Do not use Zeus in situations where AI assistance could cause danger (e.g., while driving, in emergencies).

4. No warranty / "as is"

Zeus Mobile is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Zeus will be error-free, always available, or that its responses will be factually accurate. AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on Zeus for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Zeus Mobile, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, for the free version, is zero).

6. Third-party services (optional)

If you enable Online Mode, Zeus may forward your current prompt to a third-party AI provider of our choice. Their terms and privacy policies apply to that interaction. We do not control those services. The currently selected provider is disclosed inside the app (Settings → Online Mode). You can disable Online Mode at any time.

7. Updates

We may release updates through Google Play Store. Some updates are required for continued use. We may change these Terms at any time by updating this page; if the change is material, the App will show a notice before continued use.

8. Termination

You may stop using Zeus at any time by uninstalling the App. All local data is deleted automatically by Android. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

10. Contact

We reply to every message within 7 days.
